As your guests panic, the 'waiter' pulls out a microphone, the music blasts through the speakers and the party really starts!

Travel Charges:

Travel costs will be added to the performance fee where the venue is more than 40km travel from the CDB. We calculate the total return journey costs from central Perth, Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne.

Overnight Accommodation:

If your event location is over 3 hours travel distance from Perth CBD or if the surprise event finishes after 12am, we will require overnight accommodation for our singers. This cost will be in addition to our set fees.

Rider Requirements:

We require a secure space to store our belongings and get changed into our waiter uniforms. We also request basic refreshments including chilled water and simple snacks from your catering services (eg. small platter), particularly when the timing gap between set up and the surprise reveal is longer than 1.5 hours.

Additional Requirements Information:

Access for at least 1 vehicle bay close to the event (no further than 100 meters walk) to unload equipment for bump in/re-load equipment after the event.

Provision of a power supply. This supply must be properly regulated and grounded in accordance with all current electrical regulations.

Where the audience size exceeds 150 people, we will require an additional PA system. This may be subject to a charge, however we can work in collaboration with your DJ were possible.

Any alteration of these requirements must be made in mutual agreement between the client and Bravo Singing Waiters, confirmed in writing prior to the booking being made.
